How much does birthday ice cream van hire cost?
Typically from £350 for a 2-hour visit near Manchester. Smaller home parties may have a minimum charge. We send a transparent quote within 24 hours.
How long do you stay at the party?
Standard service is 1.5–2 hours. We can stay longer for big parties — just say. Most adult parties book 2 hours, most kids parties 1.5 hours.
Can you arrive as a surprise?
Yes — surprise arrivals are some of our favourite events. We can park around the corner and roll up exactly when you say "and now…".
Do we need to provide power or water?
No — the van is fully self-contained. We have our own quiet generator and bring all stock and supplies.
Can you serve at home parties?
Yes — we serve garden parties, driveway parties and street parties regularly. We need a 4×6m flat parking space accessible by van.
What flavours and toppings do you have?
Vanilla and chocolate soft-serve, strawberry sauce, toffee sauce, chocolate flakes, rainbow sprinkles, Smarties, crushed Oreo, Lotus Biscoff, bubblegum dust. Vegan and GF on request.
