Everything you need to know
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance, especially for summer weekends. For weddings and large events, 3–6 months is ideal to secure your preferred date.
Do you travel outside Manchester?
Yes — we serve nationwide across the UK. Travel beyond Greater Manchester may incur a small mileage fee, which is always included transparently in your quote.
How many guests can you serve?
Our van comfortably serves 200+ guests per hour during peak service. For larger events we add staffing to keep queues short.
Do you need power on site?
No — we are fully self-sufficient. Our van runs on its own whisper-quiet generator. No external power, no cables across your venue.
What is on the menu?
Classic 99 cones, soft-serve in waffle and sugar cones, sundaes, slush and milkshakes. Vegan and gluten-free options are available on request — just ask.
How does payment work?
We accept cash and all major cards (contactless, Apple Pay, Google Pay). You can pay per-cone, or pre-pay an open-bar style package so guests serve themselves freely.
What if it rains?
We serve in all weather. Our van has a sheltered service window and we are happy to park under any cover at your venue. Hot drinks options available for cold-weather events.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free rescheduling up to 7 days before the event. Cancellations within 7 days retain a 50% deposit. Weather and force majeure are always handled fairly.
